We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator & Presenter to join our media team. This is an all-in-one creative role designed for someone who can bring fresh ideas, collaborate with artists, and confidently represent BAMEX Entertainment across digital platforms.

Role Overview

As the Content Creator & Presenter, you will be the face and voice of BAMEX Entertainment on our media channels. You’ll develop engaging content with our artists, present stories and updates in a relatable manner, and drive visibility on all social platforms. This role combines creativity, presentation, and digital strategy to enhance both artist and label presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

  • Ideate, script, and produce engaging video and photo content with BAMEX artists.

  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, freestyles, live sessions, and lifestyle content.

  • Ensure content is tailored to resonate with African youth and Afrobeats audiences.

• Presentation & Hosting:

  • Serve as the on-screen presenter for BAMEX content (interviews, announcements, artist showcases).

  • Host live sessions, Q&As, and interactive media to connect fans with the artists and brand.

• Artist Projection:

  • Work closely with artists to highlight their personality, music, and brand identity.

  • Translate the artist’s vision into relatable and engaging narratives for fans.

• Social Media Visibility:

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost engagement, reach, and followers on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

  • Monitor trends and create content that taps into viral culture while staying true to BAMEX’s brand.

• Collaboration:

  • Partner with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, releases, and events.

  • Suggest and execute innovative digital activations to grow fan communities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven experience in content creation, video production, or digital storytelling.

• Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies.

• Creativity to generate fresh and relatable ideas for artist promotion.

• Ability to use basic video/photo editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop).

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with artists and the media team.

• Passion for Afrobeats, youth culture, and the African music industry.

• A proactive, self-driven personality with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Experience in hosting events, podcasts, or live shows.

• Understanding of SEO, content analytics, and performance tracking.

• Background in journalism, media, communications, or performing arts.
